Retro Aunt Jemima Breakfast Advertisement

The Aunt Jemima’s Breakfast ad is one from the 1940s to sell pancakes.

The advert identifies the audience (the whole family) and establishes that they are delicious straight away. They tell you how to make them and offer serving suggestions (breakfast, lunch or supper). The advert addresses the important information straight away with no messing, genuine flavour, how to make them, their serving suggestions, the size of the product, who its aimed at etc.  and both a male and female voice speak to the audience making it relateable.

The advert is simple and consice, it is presented in the form of conversation between what sounds like two middle aged people that could have families, with no unessescarily music to distract or over complicate.
